We are thrilled to bring back our highly anticipated Evening Paddle series for several dates this summer! This isn’t just a kayak trip; it’s an invitation to unplug\, breathe\, and witness the river in its most beautiful light. \nThe Experience\nAs the sun begins to dip below the treeline\, we’ll launch our kayaks for a peaceful journey from West Carrollton to Miamisburg. This trip is all about the “slow down.” We’ll float through the transition from daylight to dusk\, watching the sky turn shades of pink and orange while the river becomes a mirror for the sunset. \nThis is the perfect way to wash away the stress of the week and reconnect with the natural world in a calm\, supportive environment. And maybe to catch a sighting of an eagle or two! \nGuided & Inclusive\nWhether you are looking for a unique date night\, a family outing\, or a solo moment of zen\, this trip is for you. \n\nBeginner Friendly: No experience? No problem. Our expert guides ensure you feel safe and confident from launch to landing.\nCOED & Family Friendly: Open to everyone—men\, women\, and families alike!\nEverything Provided: We handle the logistics. High-quality kayaks\, PFDs (life jackets)\, and safety gear are all included.\n\nPaddle for a Purpose: The Adventure Grant\nEvery stroke you take helps someone else find their way to the water. A portion of every registration goes directly to the Hope Wanders Adventure Grant program. We are thrilled to bring back one of our favorite traditions: the Koffee & Kayak fundraiser! \nThe Experience\nThis event is designed for comfort\, relaxation\, and confidence-building. Whether you are a total beginner who has never held a paddle or a seasoned pro looking for a leisurely morning\, this trip is for you. We will launch from West Carrollton and glide down a gentle 5.7-mile stretch of the Great Miami River toward Miamisburg. \nThe goal of Koffee & Kayak is to help everyone feel at home on the water. We move at a relaxed pace\, taking in the morning mist and local wildlife. Along our route\, we will pull over at a scenic spot to stretch our legs and enjoy a riverside brunch\, snacks\, and fresh coffee. It’s the perfect time to soak in the views and connect with your fellow paddlers. \nGuided & Beginner Friendly\nWe want everyone to feel safe and confident. This is a fully guided trip\, led by experts who will be with you every stroke of the way. We provide everything you need to get out there: \n\nHigh-quality single or tandem kayaks\nLife jackets (PFDs) and all safety gear\nProfessional guidance and river safety instruction\n\nThis event is COED and open to everyone!
